General Manager / Tennis Professional On the Kildaire staff is Tommy Dixon, our General Manager and USPTA Tennis Professional. Tommy is a 1976 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill where he won six Atlantic Coast Conference individual titles, four consecutive ACC team championships, and played on four teams ranked in the top fifteen nationally. He has been a teaching professional for thirty-three years and works with players of all levels and abilities. In January 2007 Tommy was inducted into the North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame at Pinehurst, North Carolina.
Office Manager Harriet White has been on the staff of the Racquet & Swim Club since 1993. As office manager, she handles club membership, billing, clubhouse rentals, customer sales, and the many other day-to-day operations of the club. After graduating from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Harriet worked as a medical secretary in the Cardiology Department at Presbyterian-University Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was a homemaker for 21 years before joining the staff at the Racquet & Swim Club. Harriet and her husband Jim have two sons and daughters-in-law, Jay and Ashley and Ryan and Kelly.
